2. STOP THE DEMOLITION OF CELLSPACE!

Stop the Displacement of Cultural Spaces in SF!

Stop the Demolition of CELLSpace - fight the proposed Development!

Sign up here to become involved with the campaign for creating
a Cultural Preservation Act

http://bit.ly/1DWKjgO

There is legal standing to fight CELLspace/ InnerMission's proposed demolition based on the SF Planning Commission's Mission Plan that states the conversion of light industrial (PDR-Production/Distribution/Repair) space into residential
should not happen at the expense of displacement of cultural spaces.

It's a recommendation by the SF Planning Dept itself and although not a law yet, it can (and should) be argued during the permitting process of Nick Podell's project which would level the space and send it back to the drawing board.

There is a huge community behind this fight and we are organizing after our panel discussion this past weekend. The plight of CELLspace/InnerMission is a lighting rod for the rampant cultural displacement that is happening to the city's art spaces and deserves to be the poster child for the Cultural Preservation Act.
